How SnippetSentry Supports Automated Onboarding:
SentryWatch regularly checks if communication channels are active and functioning properly, alerting admins to any issues with data capture or connectivity. SentryWatch monitors channel inactivity based on a preset period (e.g., 5 days). If a channel remains inactive beyond this period, a “Health Check” message is sent. If the message isn’t received, SentryWatch alerts admins to investigate and reconnect the channel if needed.

Yes, SnippetSentry supports federated Apple IDs and is compatible with major federated login providers, including Okta and Azure.
